What’s the efficiency of the drivers+horn? And unless you’ve done some foo to the 6EM7 you’ll be getting 2watts with a following wind.

8W is about right oiff 101dB/1W speakers
I heard a dem of some Westminsters about 30 years ago where the salesman used a preamp only. Proved the point.
