we broke the 1% this year by a country mile, didn’t even get so much as a headline, hey ho.
We were 2.4% on the lowest spine points and 1.7% for everyone else. Of course this is more for anyone who got an auto increment or addition honorarium…no headlines from this bit of the public sector either…
