Our favourite curry house here in Didcot opened shortly after we moved here. The first owners were a bit iffy, but hey ho, what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger. We never found out exactly what he was doing. But when the axe finally fell he didn’t just get fined, he got community service too. We carried on going though. It’s changed hands at least once more since then although I think that was amicable, not as a consequence of environmental health having a fit.
