Where I used to work it was “If you can’t eliminate the risk then outsource it”. Actually I’m not joking.

I once overheard one of our contractors say “aw that’s a bit of a risk, I better put on my hi-viz”. he was at that moment in time dismantling the waste from the sink in our staffroom"

I am right outside where you used to work.

Please kiss everyone there for me.

Didn’t go in that bit. Went in the lab next door to deliver summat. Bloke smelled like a wammer after two days at Scalford. Getting no kisses from me.

Boiler died :frowning: Chap suggests an Ideal. Price seems fine.

I have one.
Mid range I suppose in price but no issues at all after a year and comes with 7 years warranty.
Not much of a reccomendation really as I don’t install or service them and I might just be lucky but have had no issues.

I know someone who says Ideal are shit.

Our worcester bosch has broken down every year for 3 years in a row.

Avoid.

Adequate.

I reckon I have fitted over 40 Worcester boilers combis, system and heat only.

Had less than a handful of callbacks.

How’s that for anecdotal?

Don’t avoid.
