I can just about lift and carry the power supply nowadays, but the amp is ‘sack-barrow’ only.

That is because it stabs you every time you try and lift it.

They are no where near as heavy as my Mono’s and I don’t think it is as heavy as my Giscours. 
Never mind all that. What phone do you use & will it sound good enough for the BTJ-9000?

Yes. At £70,000. None of the Transformers shown on the Phono Stage are for Power.
Imai san seems to have two loves - transformers and carbon
He does seem to make some delicious products out of them though
