Ok, so they don’t actually make any of the hardware, but it’s all built to their specs…
However the system gives you excellent results for very little effort… imo…

Not particularly fine. I go about half way on the scale when I grind for a cafetiere.

The thing about instant is that it doesn’t really taste like coffee, but it’s a perfectly pleasant drink as soon as you manage your expectations. I normally refer to it as simply “instant”, and rather enjoy it. If I thought of it as coffee I’d be permanently sad.
And yeah, Carte Noir. It’s on offer somewhere most of the time.
