Welcome to USA

I despair. I was always worried about the world we were going to bring our daughter into. Both politically and environmentally, I see now only catastrophe (or Cat Ass Trophy, according to the aforementioned offspring).

It gets worse

The US is truly on the road to Gilead.

Unfortunately with the 600’000 signed up to free Tommy Robinson I fear we have the making of it here. It doesn’t take much for the views of those idiots to become normalised.

I am genuinely surprised that 600,000 of these people can read and write.

Using a comma in place of an apostrophe is not a specialist skill though.

Who is ‘Tommy Robinson’? It’s not like that’s his real name.
But the people who signed for his release probably don’t know that.
Nor do they know of his multiple fraud convictions, the prison time he’s served, his cocaine habit (neat trick for a working class lad), his history of violence and abuse, multiple breach-of-the-peace convictions, his assault on an off-duty police officer…
Sometimes I wonder if the US police approach of ‘shoot first, ask questions later’ might actually be a good idea.
