So tempted but I just know that coming from that place it will need some work.
£500 too much for a single supply version.
I revamped a dual psu version last year, it responded well and sounded v nice in the end.
It didn’t do the 3d soundstage and depth that a good SE 300B can do, but it had a drive and dynamic about it which was v engaging.
If you need a bit of grunt it might be worth making an offer on these. 50W class A.

£2k is a good price for a three motor isn’t it?
Don’t really know too much about them to be honest other than they are well liked and three motors and split rail is good! Heard Simon’s (SJS) and that sounded very good indeed. Not sure about parts availability and serviceability either.
