eBay stuff (Part 1)

Sold mine with helius Orion arm for 1400 about 3 years ago,I did get it very cheap though

Great deck and I expect way better than any new £2k motor unit.

But it’s probably still at the top end of what these have fetched in the recent past - no surprise given who the seller is.

original box :astonished:

it’s in nice condition, but there was a slightly scruffy one at Definitive for half that recently

nice but the plinth is just so ugly…

I have to agree with you there Simon - The Voyd firmly falls into the ‘sounds great but looks poo’ category…

No, this is UGLY

Any old iron…

Could be a lot of amp for not a lot

It’s far from ugly Jim.

As opposed to the ‘sounds great but looks foo’ category? :kissing_heart:

Just unpacked it and couldn’t get any sound with my normal CD player, so plugged a Micromega in and bingo.

From cold it was thin and bright, but it’s new. After 40mins it’s much better.

I would say it majors on detail and quickness, with slightly flat images and it’s not a bass monster. Pics of the Avantgarde Amp 5 and associated stuff in the pics.

It is small and cute.

I would expect after a day or so it will sound better again.

I was going to stick in a cheeky one on this tomorrow

But it just suddenly went to ended :frowning2:

It saved you from a huge disappointment so be grateful.

It’s very shiny. That’s good enough for me :poodle:

I was bidding on it and I think somebody offered £2K.

Yet to hear anything from Chord (apart from some of their cables) that I like.

Aren’t the cables made by a totally different company.

Why were you bidding on it?

Because it’s shiny.
