Stated two different names on the payment account and then answered the phone with another name and the address given was registered to somebody elseā¦ hmmm. Could have been a rented flat, but itās my money and I am not taking the risk.

Given how massive they are Iād assumed you were collecting with cash?
Whaaat the South of France and you would need a van and a couple of people with lifting equipment. They are 90KG + the packing cases, so 120KG each box, hence the pallets they are sitting on, itās a clue. It would cost me Euro400 in toll charges to drive there, let alone the cost of the van and the tunnel, then the fuel.
Ah bugger, thatās a big shame, still better safe than very sorry.
Nothing like the same amount of money but the guy I sold my AN M3 to was obviously concerned about sending a large amount of money to someone he didnāt know in a foreign country. He told me that he checked me out on Linkedin.
A pretty good tool to see if someone is who they say they are and one that hadnāt occurred to me.
