One must pack them into pairs and bag them upon opening the pack of 24 otherwise one may be tempted to eat the whole tray.

That is a proper qty of HCBs - looks entirely adequate 
Simmons have a good level of spice and are lightly fruited. Texture is a bit soft, but a good bun.
