Weird Food Combinations that Work...maybe. (We've moved on from Hot Cross Buns)

There is lots of butter, it melted before I could take a pic because I was busy. :face_with_symbols_over_mouth:

Priorities man. Have a word with yourself.

See that there are 5 halves of bun and only 2 coffees? Because cunts. :+1: :rage:

Dunno man, some of those look like the butter doesn’t reach to the edge.

I might have another go at making some tomorrow.

Look, I left the coffee making and the buns to some other cunt and he fucked both up ok? I was busy policing actual work that these cunts would ruin if I left it to them and seeing that I need a fucking job to afford the buns to keep you cunts entertained I took the path of good sense. :+1:

I hope you aren’t going to make a habit of that.

(Given your trade there’s a hidden joke there. So well hidden that I’ve only just stubbed my toe on it.)

I used to work with an equestrian tailor. Carpet laying was a side line

Did you put the first effort in the thread? I must have missed it… I think I am going to have a go tomorrow, @TMC was that recipe good? Would you make changes?

Not this thread. The baps thread probably a year ago.

Other than the ones noted I wouldn’t make any additional changes.

Riiight…

I’ll check back up-thread…

The Wench just sent me a link to this, may well try it with the batch I plan to make tomorrow:

I don’t have a machine with a dough hook, do I kneed one?

Ooof

Actual question, just included a pun for reasons.

You can certainly do the kneeding by hand, takes about 5 minutes at each stage.

The image below shows ‘first coat’ a primer if you will - The second coat (Slab) goes on when the first has been absorbed 50-60%.
