It is worrying how quickly you found that image.
The chunky tyre and stuff being new means it’s been used to tow shit across fields, so avoid. For 4x4 the more towing they do the more fucked the gearbox, mechanicals, brakes and clutch will be. If you buy one, get one without a tow bar and been used as a shopping trolley.
The list of things that are working is a good thing, because its a Land Rover, so bits of them often don’t.
I would also second the comment about being wary due to the tow bar and the tyres, however the general condition of it plus the baby seats in the back suggest to me that it has actually spent its life as a shopping cart and these additions were probably just for show.
The only bits I dont like are the wear on the driver’s seat, which are in the classic ‘fat owner’ position, and the aftermarket stereo, which clearly shows that the owner is a scoundrel.
On the whole, though, I’d give it a cautious “worth viewing”.
I used to have one of these years ago , I do like the 2ltr 8valve engine. Not sure I could handle it now mind in my advancing years!

The legendary Audi estate with the Porsche engine (model escapes me). Google will bring it up Probably tres expensive now due to its desirability, plus probably too old but still nice.

Ah, the RS2 - gentleman’s getaway car.
You can pull a Smart Car along behind you, it’s the done thing you know
You should get one. Your good lady can drive the motorhome while you sit in the Mazda being towed by it
LOL!
Speaking of mental estates…
If a clutch has been FUBARed in 5 years, what does it say about the rest of the drivetrain?
6 years for the first and 5 for the second
