Simple old skool grub again today;
Home baked gammon, homemade potato croquettes (from leftover mash), and eggs from a neighbour.
Claire has made a lasagne.
I donāt like her lasagne.
So am feigning not being very hungry, whilst actually I am bloody ravenous and just sneaking snacks when sheās not lookingā¦
Put it between two pieces of bread and pour chilli sauce over it. Job done.

But I had a bottle malfunction and absolutely drenched it with Daveās Insanity Sauce 
. The burn is just about starting to go, but my tongue feels about 3 times its normal size.
Not looking forward to my morning constitutionalā¦
