cooking a slow cooked shin of beef chilli, made with a homemade chilli paste made from:
soaked dried Chipotle,
soaked dried Ancho,
dried Kashmiri,
fresh Habenero,
fresh finger chilli,
a few dashes of Encona Reaper Sauce,
some dried chilli powder and smoked Paprika -
all whizzed up with a ripe tomato

been simmering for 3 hours so far (we might get to 5 hours if we can wait!) - not a mad burn, but a lovely fruity, smokey sustained heat that tingles the lipsā€¦

Home made crumble, but have also been busy making 2 loaves of granary bread, a whole load of pizza dough (3/4 of which is now in the freezer) and 40 pints alcoholic ginger beer (whichā€™ll take 3-4 weeks to be ready). No issues with productivity here today.
