I suggest Sir also purchases some spats, because when the inevitable happens, Sir’s new shoes will be protected from the collateral damage.

Made meat loaf, with fondant potato, carrots, glazed celery, onion purée and red pepper purée: dickies about with plating too, although it’s all come out a bit messy:

The last one was the wife’s effort and she decided to make it look like a decapitated sheep. Which was nice.
