Awesome lunch yesterday. Eggs baked in tomato and chipotle adobo sauce. Fried bacon, removed, then garlic, chipotle from tinned + adobo, tin chopped tomatoes- broke eggs into it and baked. Served with the bacon over the top, cascabel and roast tomato/tomatillo salsa, some griddled halloumi and bread.
Prosciutto capelletti in home made beef, tomato and aubergine ragout. Can never be arsed to get the camera…
The tech sector is strong at the moment.
Cheese on toast with a dash of Lea & Perrins.
