Pork Faff Therapy/ What are you eating?

Not even close to the fail of a safety BBQ, though. :stuck_out_tongue:

On TMS yesterday (or whatever it is for ODIs) they asked Tuffers what he has for breakfast. ‘Avocado’ he said… ‘And maybe an egg’…‘with some bacon’…and black pudding…’

Tuffers’ lack of recognition in the Honours lists is one of the great tragedies of our time, and a damning indictment of how corrupt the system is.

Been trying the Aldi high-cocoa chocolate.

The 75% Dominican Republic is nice.

But the 85% one is really good, and cheap.

The chili variant of that is excellent too. My Strayan likes the minty version but that is wrong on all levels.

It’s the way forward.

Nyet. In a wok with proper tea innit.

This will hopefully be a pulled pork tomorrow. I’ve just injected it with cider vinegar, Worcester sauce, salt rtf etc. Will apply a rub in a couple of hours and put it on the smoker at midnight. Should take 18 hours.
