Ditch the gherkins and the rest of that slop on the right and add a few more chips. That would be mucho bueno monsieur.

Moroccan spiced fruit stuffed pork shoulder, cooked low and slow. Rich and unctuous. Served with goose fat pots and carrots with French beans.

Tonight I had spring lamb which curiously had a milky taste unlike the stronger grassy taste of lamb. Exceptionally tender however.

Gone full blown 5star restaurant today

Weird…what’s the shell like to eat?

The frying makes the shell crunchy, sort of like a crisp. I was apprehensive but now addicted.

Any calories in them there things?
