Pork Faff Therapy/ What are you eating?

Pheasant breasts browned with a red onion then braised in red wine, balsamic vinegar with beef stock. Mashed potatoes, sprouts fried with garlic and bacon and carrots.

I saw Kevin yesterday. He said they were considering different amps as there are occasions there when it needs to be able to go a little louder.

We’ve had Sweet and Sour Chicken Balti, Mushroom Balti and Tomato rice.

All cooked from scratch. Warmed up for tomorrow too.

Steamed Gyoza then pizza in t’pub. Excellent.

Smoked mackerel pate (home made) on rye bread, followed by nachos featuring a quick and dirty home made chilli.

Us hard nuts darn sarf don’t give a fuck about rain/cold. BBQ on for some decent sirloin steak*

I will be selecting food today on the basis of its ability to soak up the remaining alcohol sloshing round my system, and the tendency to not make me throw up.

We’re roasting a very plump chicken and having mashed & creamed spuds, carrots, swede, yorkshires and gravy.

Yum.

Home made Thai (prawn) fishcakes with shit loads of coriander and sweet chilli sauce.

Sausage and mash with gravy.

Brisket and spuds. And a bottle of rioja
