It depends on how much time I have. I mostly make my own but in this case I used Mae Ploy.
Pork pie with salad and Branston pickle.

I bought a few from one of the butchers in the Oxford Covered Market for the visiting Strayans. They were fab and too good to share. They got supermarket versions
