Pork Faff Therapy/ What are you eating?

Now, I have a pork Massaman curry on the hop. Long and slow.

Enough for 7 serves for my work lunches. They will go in the freezer until needed.

Reduced more than I expected, so it’s only 6 serves. Still…

Beef massaman is one of my favourites, I normally chuck in some sweet potato towards the end as well.

do you make your own paste or get one in?

It depends on how much time I have. I mostly make my own but in this case I used Mae Ploy.

Basically my favourite meal of all time. Although I can get a bit picky about the quality of the pork pie.

I bought a few from one of the butchers in the Oxford Covered Market for the visiting Strayans. They were fab and too good to share. They got supermarket versions :+1:
