they are 18 way adjustable heated and ventilated seats…I have tried the heating, but not yet brave enough to ventilate my arse in a brand new car…

To be fair, they had to confirm his identity and get payment. The rest was showing the unfortunate owner how the indicators work and how to brake slowly.
