Dunno. I couldn’t be fucked to find out. I presume it is anti-terrorism and crowd control on top of policing. We all get to pay though.

I liked the Isaac Hayes impersonator doing the Power of Love part of By the time I get to Phoenix.
The gospel choir & cellist were also pretty good.
By the look on his face, he’s receiving a hand job.
Looks like someone was ick on the cake.
we are very ambivalent about the whole thing - we don’t really do weddings, we barely did our own with fewer than 12 guests.
We got out of town and ended up at Kew Gardens which was quiet but lovely and relaxing. Then back to a quiet bit of London.

well the ladies are very happy after seeing this event and i was rung up before 9am to do the sound mixing for a wedding of the most beautiful doctor you ever saw so i am well pleased [friends daughter ] 
I think that when you are ninety odd, it’s difficult to look happy.
