Ha ha that is great.

Iā€™m going to have that printed out and laminated. I may want to include my liver and the yellow lump as part of the gubbins/giblets to be hurled though.

Just enough bandwidth to start streaming 22 minute prog epics of childish wank :kissing_smiling_eyes:

not great upload if you are going to start live streaming of ā€œat home with @MGOwnerā€ or ā€œbeer brewing liveā€

They did say, as itā€™s only been connected for a couple of hours, that things will settle and uploads will be faster.

Burn in?

Iā€™m thinking about Shakti stones :smirk:

How does that work then?

Summat to do with the way the server ā€œtalksā€ to other stuff and shit :unamused:

It is a thing. Broadband uses adaptive rate setting based on how stable the line is.

Just tried it and joined the group. Made the mistake of replying to a question on cleaning LPSā€™s. This meant I got every other reply. A couple of hundred post later I stopped following.

One interesting question went along the lines of ā€œI have just bought a turntable (bad picture) after saving up for a long time. Which cartridge do you recommend?ā€

I didnā€™t reply.

Lots of people active on the group from all over the world.

I doubt thatā€™ll make a noticeable difference.

Whether itā€™s noticeable or not is in the eye of the noticer.

We have a test case, letā€™s see if itā€™s faster in a week
