No, not at all. I work mainly from home with site visits taking me all over the country. So where I’m based doesn’t really matter providing it has decent mobile and internet connectivity.

Do make sure you check both mobile and broadband service with real locals before you exchange. Have a lot of dealings with broadband and mobile through work and you would be surprised the locations that still have shit service.

This is true. We only got Hi-speed Broadband last year. And that’s Oxfordshire.

I have a colleague who lives in Oxfordshire and he only recently got FTTC. There had been some in his street but the cabinet was full and it took a couple of years for Openreach to expand it.
