She felt that the panzanella needed more time for the bread to soak up the tomatoes, and she happily finished off my coffee.

She’s called Khaleesi after the Mother of Dragons, and my word does she act like it. She oscillates wildly between adorable and a complete fucking nightmare.

Another interview.

It’s a bit flipping early - this feels like work.

Go in slippers and a dressing gown, always throw a curveball to the interviewer

just imagine a nightshirt and cap at an interview

just tell them you can work in Sleep 2.1 http://sleep.dashnine.org/

Sorry to disappoint you all, but I’m here in standard City techie uniform: black slacks and a blue checked shirt.

People only deviate from this by wearing a pink shirt on Thursdays, obvs.

I will be disappointed if you are not wearing some day-glo purple cunt-boots to set that outfit off Guy. Or socks and sandals obviously…

I did briefly consider the purple cunt-boots, but settled for

C&J monks.

Buying a new battery for my 944 S2, fuck £109 for a Bosch with 4 year cover.

Tangling with Dyson customer support to fix a broken desk lamp.

Currently we’re standing at £60 to replace this bad boy

which is currently showing a big 0v across the contacts on the plug.

Personally I feel that £60 is a bit excessive so am keen to explore other possibilities.

£60 :joy:

that is surprisingly cheap for Dyson.

For A Dyson maybe, for a plastic 12v wall wart, I’m unsure.

I’d just pick something up off eBay, but it has a slightly tricky right-angled plug that goes into the bottom of the lamp and has to fit flush.
