Don’t think you’ll be disappointed Mark
Absolutely not what I was expecting, or to be honest, what I fancied, which was an Aldi Limestone Coast, but I didn’t get a chance to go to Aldi.
It doesn’t taste like an Aussie Chardonnay at all, it’s partially oak aged, but you need a better palate than mine to get it in any meaningful quantity.
Almost like a montrachet, not as flinty as a chablis, but it’s definitely an old world style.
It’s actually very good.
A big bottle of Estrella.
CBA to find / take a piccy.
That looks jolly good - where did you buy it Guy ?
Lidl £1.25
Any good ?
I generally only drink Weisse beer in Munich & it isn’t as nice as there but it’s ok & 5.5%. Can’t complain.
Worth a punt at £1.25 - I’ll need to pay Lidl a visit it’s been a while.
Since when?
There’s some complicated system where you can drink behind the curtain in the box, but you’re OK to drink something that looks like coffee. I don’t understand, it’s bloody stupid, and everyone ignores it.
You haven’t been allowed to drink alcohol with a view of the pitch for 30 years
You can certainly drink in the ‘boxes’ at Sunderland. Obviously not in the stands.
You usually need one watching them though
I wonder where these rules come from then
