Made a test batch with 1 gallon of water, 1kg ginger, 4x lemons and 500g brewers sugar.
May have over done the ginger as I’ve used about 5x as much as your recipe so it may be interesting
Do put a lot of chilli in aswell. Livens it up no end

Earlier we had lunch at Heidrun a hipster bar in High Wycombe. The beer selection is a bit special.
I had a beer called “Salty Kiss” which was a sour mash ale and a Thornbridge Lukas, a lager that stands head and shoulders above the average Euroswill.
Had a couple of bottles of 3 brewers real ale, a St Albans local beer. Now I’m inside the arena it’s Stella in a plastic
