First impressions are it’s more riff driven than the total fuzzed-out heavy doom of Come My Fanatics, Dopethrone etc I think it’s a record you have to try and listen to afresh without referencing those earlier recordings otherwise you might be disappointed.
FWIW I like it. The riffs are big, low-tuned and grinding - which always works for me.
