Much to my embarrassment, I wasn’t aware of Steve Mason’s solo work post Beta Band. I’m particularly impressed with all of it, but Boys Outside and the dub-inspired reworking Ghosts Outside are wonderful. The original is heady mix of Psyche and Folk-Rock while Ghosts Outside is a stripped back dubby dream.
