What I'm watching (Part 1)

Hmm, I gave up on it after the Harry Mudd time loop episode. Not very impressed with it tbh.

Spore navigation my arse.

He was an annoying shitlark.

No doubt he’ll be back. Probably with Tribbles.

If it were a good sci-fi series, like The Expanse, they’d have spaced the twat.

Started watching Sick Note. After second episode gave up.

Predictable and unfunny. Ealing comedy it most definitely is not.

Really good, got bored of stranger things but this is slower and more complex.

Is that on Netflix too?

yep, watch it in german with english subtitles as the dubbing is shite

Watching Gomorrah (also Gomorra) seasons 1&2 on DVD.

Season 3 is airing on Italian TV now. UK soon I would hope.

Trailer CONTAINS SPOILERS for previous seasons.

Thinking of @pmac and Lou.

Splendid, human-scale, emergency response services. Ten days of daily life in Shetland.

With the delights of the scenery, plus a variety of accents to be heard.

Yes, it’s quite good, at least I know what’s happened to Bryan Ferry after all these years… :grinning:

‘Bound for Glory’

on DVD. The story of Woody Guthrie with David Carradine in the Guthrie role

A bit too long, it could have been condensed into <2hrs . Nothing of his later life and untimely death, which was a bit disappointing, but a worthwhile watch, all the same.

He had a hell of a life, but stuck to his principles throughout.

A great man.

Parliment today questions, the speaker reminds me of a wino i used to know in Cricklewood

I took my son to see this at the pictures, we both enjoyed the ride.

Valerian and the City of a Thousand Planets. Utter garbage. Luc Besson has made some great films (5th Element and Lucy for example) but this isn’t one of them. Wooden acting and a dreadful plotless script. Great visuals.

Subway? Leon?
