Is it worth having a separate thread covering what people are bringing?
I thought I’d bring enough coffee and equipment to do cold brew coffee, not sure whether we would need 2 or 4 litres per day. Probably 4l, although there’s shed loads of caffeine in it!

what recipe do you use? I steep for 12-15 hours
30g coffee to 250ml water. I prepare it at 5pm to drink about 7am, so the same time as you. I really like a dash of tonic water in it, and serve on plenty of ice.

we are 40g to 500ml water. Never thought of trying it with tonic.
Is it worth me bringing the bean to cup machine this year?

Lou’s op has been put back two weeks, so will be going in on 16th. Even if it is put back further, I’m afraid that I’m not going to be able to make it. She just isn’t well enough to leave on her own.
