Years ago for my mother’s birthday I asked a local (in Malvern) cake-maker to make something with a Welsh dragon on it because she was very proud of her Welsh heritage.
I meant a Welsh flag.

Delicious! Pretty spicy too, made enough to freeze two more portions.
