From the newish Prue Leith book on toasted delights.

She used to run The Law Society restaurant on Chancery Lane. I ate there once, it was superb. It’s probably still good and is a lovely building. She no longer runs it, but the chefs look good. It’s open to everyone.

Is the insta pot any good does it do all of things it can do well. I’ve been thinking of replacing the space my aged slow cooker occupies

We only really use it for the pressure cooker bit rather than the slow cooker settings. In any case, anything else we would put in it would likely acquire more than a hint of turmeric…
