Not done one of these fer a coupla months. Rolled breast of lamb for cold cut lamb ‘n mint sauce sarnies fer t’ next couple of days.
Prepped as per usual. Sliced garlic distributed inbetween t’ layers, seasoned with White Pepper & salt & dressed with sprigs of fresh rosemary.
Gone in t’ oven at gas mark 3 with t’ lid on the roaster @ bang on 7-45pm, so coming out at midnight.
Nice & easy evening scoff tonight of KFC chicken with slaw, hot sweet chilli dip & Mexican spicy rice with veg.

Heart attack special fried bread done with lamb dripping.
I took the healthy option of using wholemeal bread.
