Skin on beef dripping chips, six oz Aberdeen Angus burger done on my Le Crueset cast iron griddle + steamed asparagus tips brushed with melted salted butter & seasoned with cracked black pepper + ketchup zhuzhed up with some naga sriracha sauce.
