Another Series 102 Cake- Unit No. 102-105 has been built and is undergoing extended Heat Treatment.

This unit is for home and development use. Available to a limited number of neighbours and friends.

I’ll be building a Series 103 for Lopwell. That platform is based around Rum and being somewhat lighter will be more suitable for summer.

Forgot that I took a picture of a magnificent Pilpel falafel pitta at lunch time.

Yes, I specifically travel into central London for this.

Although there is tactical old giffer use of TfL capped fares. I’m going in for a gig this evening so the lunchtime trip was free.

Forgot to take a pic of the whole meal. I made a Thai red curry, but I fancied a roti to go with it, so I made some. They came out nice n flaky!

Fennel sausage crumb, N’Duja & Napoli salami + Argal Fuet Iberico & red peppers + sun dried tomatoes with Mozzarella pizza & heavily loaded wiv thin green chillies on a sourdough base.
