BBQ’d (applewood smoke) Ketchup Manis, fish sauce, and soy marinated chicken, coleslaw, Moroccan bulgar salad, and Prussian cucumber salad (Narelle’s Mum’s recipe)…

chicken shawarma, salad stuff, apple and beetroot coleslaw and flatbread. Think I may struggle with this in one sitting. Bottom picture was only about a quarter of the meat.

Top tip: Rub flatbread on the meat to soak up some of the fat and juices and leave on top in the oven to heat for a few mins.
