Time for some winter comfort food. Lamb’s liver in herby onion gravy, potato and carrot mash and samphire.
Followed by Dorset apple cake with custard.
I’m still traumatised from being fed this as a six year old. It’s a never food for me now!
That’s a pity - it’s great. Done as above it’s not leathery (as it can get if just fried), and most supermarket packs are sliced with few or no tubes to cut out in prep. Yum!
