Mmm… We haven’t eaten any meat since September, although we still eat fish. Haven’t missed it as we were eating so little meat anyway.
Recently we have been “boosting” a reduced amount of beef/pork in our ragu by adding lentils or other veg.
In order to work out a balance, we decided on full veg.
It’s not something that I would do again, but it does point the way forward for bulking out small quantities of meat.
