I doubt it’s a mainstream view.

Yeah. I’ve read and watched so much on fasting as it’s an interest of mine. I’ve seen anecdotal evidence of good things but I don’t think there’s any money in researching this really.

Chilli. 1.5kg mince, onions, red & green peppers, chestnut mushrooms & black beans & black eye beans rather than kidney beans.

Three fair sized ghost chillies & three squares of Madagascan single origin 73% cocoa solids dark chocolate.

Prolly seven good sized portions. >>

Bowl of chilli with a side dollop of soured cream & some sesame breadsticks crumbled in. Sorta in homage to Columbo who used to crumble crackers in his bowl of chilli in diners.
