It was Abby’s birthday last week. I got her an ex display industrial ice cream maker. 75% off. She’s over the moon with it, as am I :laughing:. It’s not living in that location permanently. It’ll go somewhere where its subtle looks work better.

Six ounce chilli cheeseburger.

Six oz 30 day dry aged chuck steak & Aberdeen Angus burger with added beef marrow done on my Le Crueset cast iron griddle. Jumbo toasted bread roll, chilli ketchup, bed of finely sliced red onion, pickled jalapenos 'n rocket. Grilled cheese & English mustard.
