Prosciutto cotto, Milano salami, garlic mushroom 'n olive sourdough pizza with mascarpone & heavily laden with finely sliced thin green chillies

Believe it or not, this makes a great salsa for huevos rancheros.
Cool and peel garlic then blend with the reserved tomato seeds/pulp, some fish sauce, thyme/ Mexican oregano, pepper and smoked salt.
Fry it down until oil separates and it darkens.
Top up to a good consistency with chicken stock (prob 1-200ml for this amount of burnt stuff).

Only thing could have improved it would be home made corn tortillas. Need to get back into doing that.
