Getting meat cooked to the right temp has fuck all to do with Michelin stars, it’s just basic cookery.

Burger van style sosser sammidge.

Aberdeen Angus sossers, chilli ketchup, bed of sliced red onions fried in refined olive oil 'n butter + pickled jalapenos. On a toasted jumbo white roll with grilled cheese & Dijon mustard.

3 Scotch Bonnets and some New Mexican Reds have produced a rather warm one. Should make around 7 or 8 portions (2kg of chicken breasts)
