Creamy 'n buttery mash with plenty of President slightly salted butter, crème fraiche, finely chopped curly parsley, chives, spring onions & grilled 'n diced smoked back bacon :bacon:. Seasoned wiv sea salt and white pepper.

Steamed sugar snap peas.

Home made onion gravy, with caramelised red onions, vegetable stock & Theakstons Old Peculiar Yorkshire dark ale + a splosh o’ tawny port.
