There was a picture of me in front of the Flying ‘A’ doors at Longbridge getting an award in my 20s.

I think we need to see it !

I only found out that it was on display after an ex colleague who still works at Gaydon told me.

It’s just me looking about 12 years old shaking hands in front of the famous glass doors with Walter Hasselkus who was Rover Group Chairman at the time.

It appears my grandparents honeymooned round this way in 1945. These were some of the postcards (we also have some they collected from Leamington Spa, which we didn’t know before we moved here).
