Why is @crimsondonkey attempting to stifle his boner? He should be suggesting plaster casts.

Some you win, some you just shouldn’t even bother!

I love that photograph.

Mick with his crazy mental different coloured socks, Delon with his silk ones and the knees tell the story. :grinning:

Love me a well done linoprint or woodcut, and that is delightful :ok_hand:

I love them - I’ve been finding some insanely good artists recently via BlueSky.

This guy being the best - his work is staggeringly good

Those are very beautiful and accomplished, though being the unintending contrarian that I am, I prefer the almost cartoonish simplicity of the Erics Slater and Ravilious for example, as well as such as you shared - it’s the sparing simplicity that suits my jaded id.

The sheer quality of those is gobsmacking - standards have most certainly not gone backwards!

One day I will own one of his prints - there is something about his work I just find amazing.

I found him by sheer accident when I saw one of his videos of him peeling off the last sheet when printing one of his five colour lobster designs - mind blowing.

I can’t think of the other artists at the moment but I have a few I think you’ll love.

Please don’t - I have great folders full of stuff that needs framing, and framed stuff that needs hanging, and nowehere to actually put any of it up…

I’m assuming you’re familiar with MC Escher’s woodcuts and lithographs?
