People of all kinds in Ottery St Mary (Devon) leg it about with blazing barrels’ of tar on the 5th Nov. It is quite like bedlam but hotter, crowds of people attempt to touch the barrel as the carrier pelts through the town. Highly recommended and of course just another example of why Bitumen is great.
