The body is him, stuffed, but the head ended up in such a state (in part due to student japes !) that they replaced it with a wax version and put the real thing between his feet. It’s moved out of sight when the squeamish visit.

Many of the R2 scenes were a remote control. If R2 is on two legs it’s Baker, three legs down R2 is a remote control.

I love Van Gogh. Never really got art at all till I went to his museum in my early twenties after visiting one of the local coffee shops. I was completely blown away. It isn’t a huge museum but we spent hours in there just absorbing his work. Still my favourite art collection ever twenty years later. Sounds a bit wanky but no other artist has managed to elicit the same reaction in me. A true genius.
