Walter Williams died in Richmond in a workhouse at the age of 70 and was buried in a pauper’s grave. How sad. This painting was sold in Germany in 2018. Starting price £4000

although looking at wiki that says he is 6’ 3" was sure it said on a blues documentary years ago he was 6’ 6"

His physique garnered him the nicknames “Big Foot Chester” and “Bull Cow” as a young man: he was 6 feet 3 inches (191 cm) tall and often weighed close to 300 pounds (136 kg).

If he said he was 6’ 6" then I wouldn’t argue.
